Here’s 2 more of the Essence XXXL shine glosses. Nude kiss and sparkling papaya. Nude kiss is a nice your-lips-but-better kind of color on me. Sparkling papaya is a sheer peachy color. After trying some other glosses, I’ve found myself reaching for these less and less. They’re pretty average glosses, not *too* sheer but by no means the most opaque. Once again though, for a few bucks, these would be awesome to throw in your purse or backpack for those times when you can’t get to a mirror.
I also included a picture of the wand with a quarter to compare sizes with. It’s longer than most I’ve seen and it’s also slightly bent. Just thought I’d warn you. :P
Loving these Essence XXXL Shine lip glosses! This one is called bubble babe. The name definitely fits; they’re very shiny. They aren’t super long-lasting, but for lip glosses, they’re not too bad. I was surprised about the shape of the wand (I will be posting pictures of it, along with some swatches of other colors), but I found that it made it very easy to apply the gloss. I like to use this color to layer with other lip products, but it also looks really nice alone. I think every shade has glitter, but I don’t find it to be too much at all. It is slightly gritty, but it’s not too bad. They are not too thick, in fact, they’re more on the thin side. I say for the two or three dollars, they’re definitely worth a try.
